FACE FACE FACE
Face Face Face emerges from this quiet recognition. From a distance, the work appears as simple geometric forms. Step closer, and countless faces surface—each one cast from my own, yet somehow belonging to everyone. The bronze holds them in random arrangement, like thoughts that surface unexpectedly.
I wanted to create a moment of gentle disruption. That instant when what you thought you saw shifts into something else entirely. When the singular becomes multiple. When "around me" becomes "within me."
The faces were sculpted digitally, then cast in wax and bronze—a process that mirrors how we form and reform our understanding of ourselves. Some are highlighted with colour, others remain raw. Like the versions of ourselves we show and hide.
This work doesn't explain the self; it simply offers a space to encounter it.
